The only reason we are selling it is because our family has grown to the point that we need a bigger place to raise our 6 kids! We are the original owners, we moved into this beautiful first home in 2003! We have had the privilege of watching our little neighborhood grow into the great community that it is now.
The surrounding Job Market and Economy are quite steady and expected to really increase during the next 10 years. According to www.bestplaces.net Clearfield, Utah's unemployment rate is currently 6.4%, expected job placements will grow about 30% during the next decade.
Our Home is located close to a popular shopping mall, awesome outdoor activities, an International Airport and surrounded by massive mountains!
