Since we bought our home 7 years ago, we have finished the basement complete with 2 full bedrooms and perfect sized pantry/storage room, installed a sand box and a swing set in the backyard, installed a sprinkler system for our lawn, poured a cement pod for a future quality shed and we also have a beautiful tall white vinyl fence that goes around both the back and side yards perfect for some privacy and seclusion.
